Phone call and brief history
We discuss the main symptoms, the child’s age, address and whether a home visit is available.
Examination at home
The visit takes place in a calm, familiar environment. After the examination, I explain the assessment and next steps.
Recommendations and documents
When justified, I can issue an e-prescription, sick note or certificate and recommend follow-up.

My name is Barbara Czyż. I am a pediatric specialist and a graduate of the Medical University of Silesia. I gained experience caring for children in hospital and outpatient settings.
During each visit, I focus on calm communication, a thorough examination and clear explanations. Every child and family has a different situation, so I avoid a one-size-fits-all approach.

Prepare the child’s health booklet, a list of current medicines, recent test results and a note of the temperature and symptom timeline. No special preparation is required.
Can rapid tests be performed during the visit?
Yes. CRP, RSV + Flu A/B + COVID Combo and Strep tests are available. The need for testing is discussed after examination.
Can two children be examined during one visit?
Yes. The second child examined during the same visit receives a 50 PLN discount from the applicable visit price.
Can an e-prescription or sick note be issued?
When justified, an e-prescription, sick note or certificate may be issued after consultation. Every document requires medical and formal grounds.
Signs of a medical emergency?
