What ages do you see?
Consultations are available for infants and children from the first days of life, including preschool and school-age children.
How should I prepare?
Prepare the child’s health booklet, current medicines, recent medical documents and test results. Note the temperature, symptom timeline and doses of any medicines already given.
Can you issue e-prescriptions, sick notes and certificates?
Yes, when there are medical grounds and formal requirements are met. Requesting a document does not by itself guarantee that it can be issued.
Which rapid tests are available?
CRP, RSV + Flu A/B + COVID Combo and Strep tests are available. Tests are charged separately and performed after medical assessment and parental agreement.
Are oxygen saturation, blood pressure and glucose measurements extra?
No. They are included in the visit price when medically useful in the particular situation.

Yes. The second child examined during the same visit receives a 50 PLN discount from the applicable visit price.
What is a follow-up visit within 7 days?
It is a repeat consultation for the same medical problem within 7 days of the first visit. Whether it qualifies as a follow-up depends on the actual scope of the consultation.
When may a teleconsultation be sufficient?
It may be suitable for discussing results, recommendations or less urgent questions. If an examination is needed for safe assessment, a home, in-person or urgent visit may be recommended.
